Parish Finance Committee

The Finance Committee is composed parish members appointed by the pastor who have expertise in general business management, banking, law, or insurance and are known to have prudence, uprightness and a knowledge of the Catholic faith that will enable them to put in to practice the message of the Gospel.

The finance committee oversees the implementation and maintenance of a complete and accurate accounting system in accordance with Archdiocesan policies and guidelines. The committee assists the pastor and staff in the developing of an operating and capital budget. The Finance Committee is responsible for the internal accounting controls over the parish’s financial operations and for ensuring completeness and accuracy of parish finances. Our Lady of Perpetual Help ended fiscal year 2015 with a net income of $218,992.  The income for the fiscal year will provide the funds necessary to continue with our capital initiatives of a new Narthex and Eucharistic Adoration chapel.  Attached are the  Income Statement and Balance Sheet for Our Lady of Perpetual Help as of June 30, 2015. To carry forward this financial story into this current fiscal year, please review the application of income earned last year as utilized this year for capital improvement by review of the OLPH Year to Date Income Statement here.
