EARLY CHILDHOOD RELIGIOUS EDUCATION
Do your toddlers love to explore during Mass? Visit our Nursery! Bring them to our Nursery, located in the Kindergarten Room on the first floor of the School. The Nursery is open from the end of September to the beginning of May. Our high school students, who are STAND certified, nurture and entertain the children, under the supervision of Judy Gruel, our Director of Religious Education. Take advantage of this opportunity to relax and pray during Mass. The Nursery is free and available on a drop-in basis.
PRE-K AND SUNDAY KINDERGARTEN
Do you have a 3, 4, or 5 year old who loves to ask questions during Mass? Allow your children the opportunity to learn about God at their own age appropriate level, by registering for the Pre-K or Sunday Kindergarten Program. Through stories, songs, and many group activities, your child will develop a love of God and a desire to care about others in their lives. This program is held during the 9:00 and 11:00 Masses on most Sundays, except holiday weekends and the second Sunday of every month. Each month, the Pre-K and Sunday K families are invited to our Children’s Liturgy at the 9:00 a.m. Mass. At this Mass, children of Elementary school age serve as lectors, choir members, and gift bearers. In addition, the homily is directed to a child’s perspective (although parents learn a lot too!). REGISTER NOW!! Your little ones will be delighted and you will be spiritually enriched! Class size is limited to 10 children with 2 adults. Classes will begin on Sunday, September 25, 2011. A Parent Orientation will be held on Sunday, September 11th after the 9:00 Mass. Registration forms are available in the narthex of the church or from the Parish Office. We also welcome Moms and Dads to volunteer with us! Any questions, or to volunteer, please contact Judy Gruel, 410-747-0131 or jgruel@archbalt.org.

HOME CONNECTION PROGRAM
The Home Connection Program is a family based program for Religious Education. This program is designed to meet the needs of those families whose schedules or family situations prevent them from attending the weekly Religious Education classes. The Home Connection Program provides parents with the opportunity to instruct their children at home, but still connect with other parish families at our Family Nights held throughout the year. For more information about the requirements for the Home Connection Program, please pick up a brochure with a Religious Education Registration Form. This program is available for families with children in grades 1-8.
