Making a commitment to a parish family is an important part of our relationship with the Lord. We're happy you are thinking about joining our parish family here at Our Lady of Perpetual Help! Below you will find a link to our parish registration form that you can download, print, and then complete.
Once you've completed the form you can give it to Fr. Arnold or Fr. McLean at Mass, place it in the collection basket, or visit us in the Parish Office.
